Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human service field with clinical endorsement.
• Licensure: LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMFT, LAMFT or LMSW.
• Experience in Federally funded community health centers.
• Ability to pass Idaho Dept of Health and Welfare background check.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct therapeutic services.
• Maintain and audit counseling charts.
• Attend monthly Mental/Behavioral health meetings.
• Attend all staff and provider meetings as necessary.
• Comply with documentation standards set by state and federal guidelines.
• Conduct assessments and diagnoses.
• Complete service notes within 48 hours of contact.
• Apply evidence-based therapeutic models.
• Demonstrate professional communication and guest-relations skills.
• Attend off-site meetings and/or seminars as required.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
