Qualifications

• Two years of professional experience in student services or related field.
• Master’s degree may substitute for one year of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; two years of student services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Academic Advising for designated majors and programs.
• Provide holistic guidance to a diverse student population.
• Develop and present workshops and retention initiatives.
• Coordinate with faculty and staff to support advising.
• Maintain records of student progress and outcomes.
