Job summary

Alabama Outdoors is hiring a dependable Warehouse Helper/Assistant for a full-time seasonal Q4 role. You will manage the flow of goods from warehouse intake to store shelf, supporting a fast-paced holiday season in our Birmingham area stores.

Responsibilities include receiving shipments, unloading and staging inventory, picking and packing orders, and delivering to local stores on a set route, with safety and teamwork at the center of daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to regularly lift and carry boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Team-first attitude and ability to work well with others.
• Willingness to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Experience in warehouse/shipping is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments, verify counts and check for damage.
• Unload, sort and stage inventory efficiently.
• Pick, pack and prepare outgoing shipments and transfers.
• Load and deliver products to local store locations on a set route.
• Safely move boxes and merchandise throughout the shift.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock organization.
• Support peak holiday logistics tasks as needed.
