Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience operating a POS device and processing payments.
• Ability to work a minimum 3 days per week including Saturdays.
• Strong customer relations and communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS device and process payments for all guests.
• Enter new customers and update existing customers in the POS system accurately and with the correct membership type.
• Maintain an orderly and clean workstation.
• Actively engage with customers to promote weekly specials, add‑on items, and other values and deals.
• Close POS, document sales transactions, track sales metrics, and provide reports to management on sales performance and customer feedback at the end of each shift.
• Leave a lasting impression as the FACE of Mattel
• Greet every customer and provide a friendly and welcoming environment.
• Actively engage with customers to determine their needs and make appropriate product recommendations using comprehensive product knowledge information.
• Promote products, explain features and benefits, and recommend additional products to maximize sales.
• Meet daily service and sales goals.
