Job summary

Mattel, Inc. is seeking a Store Associate to provide exceptional customer service at our Mattel Toy Store location. You will operate the POS, process payments, and engage customers with product knowledge and promotions to drive sales.

You will greet customers, recommend products, meet daily service and sales goals, and maintain a clean, organized workstation. This role requires availability at least 3 days per week, including Saturdays, and a collaborative, energetic approach.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate POS device and process payments for all guests.
• Enter new customers and update existing customers in the POS system accurately.
• Maintain an orderly and clean workstation.
• Actively engage with customers to promote weekly specials, add on items and other values and deals.
• Close POS, document sales transactions, track sales metrics and provide reports to management on sales performance and customer feedback at the end of each shift.
• Leave a lasting impression as the FACE of Mattel.
