Job summary

West Elm in Virginia is seeking a Holiday Seasonal Associate to support the store during peak season, assisting customers on the sales floor and at the register, replenishing merchandise, and keeping the store organized for busier days.

You will deliver friendly service, help customers with product selection and promotions, process sales and returns, and collaborate with teammates to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods.
• Ability to operate a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection, gift ideas, promotions, and store services.
• Process sales, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions.
• Stock and replenish merchandise throughout the store.
• Maintain organized stockrooms and presentation.
