Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is hiring a Holiday Seasonal Associate to support the store during the peak shopping season. Responsibilities include assisting customers, operating the register, replenishing items, and keeping the floor tidy and well-presented.

You will collaborate with teammates, provide product recommendations, and help meet sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store.
• Ability to operate a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 75 pounds using appropriate equipment and safe lifting techniques.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection, gift ideas, promotions, and store services.
• Accurately process sales, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions.
• Help achieve store sales goals through product knowledge and personalized recommendations.

• Maintain organized stockrooms and sales floor presentation to ensure products are easy to shop.
• Support fulfillment activities, customer pickups, deliveries, and inventory accuracy as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor, stockroom, and checkout area.
• Work collaboratively with teammates and support the store wherever business needs require.
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

The anticipated pay rate for this role will be: $17.00 per hour.
