Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store sales initiatives and overall shopping environment during the holiday season.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Stock and restock merchandise; ensure items are presented and alphabetized on the selling floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate issues as needed to a store keyholder.
