Job summary

You will assist with merchandising, stock replenishment, store upkeep, and customer questions, while following store policies and protecting assets. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail sales or guest service experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with video game product needs, recommending add-ons.
• Support store initiatives and maintain sales floor and visuals.
• Stock shelves, transfer merchandise from backroom, ensure neat presentation.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals with accurate transactions.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues when needed to a keyholder.
• Follow loss prevention practices and safety guidelines.
• Adhere to store policies including attendance and grooming requirements.
