Job summary

GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak holiday sales, delivering outstanding guest service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will assist customers with video gaming needs, help maintain the sales floor, stock merchandise, and participate in all store initiatives to drive sales and ensure a clean, organized shopping experience. Availability for peak days, nights, weekends and holidays is required; prior retail or guest service experience

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, recommending items, and thanking guests for choosing GameStop.
• Support the shopping environment, including visual and operational aspects, and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the store team to keep all areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking merchandise and transferring products from stock room to selling floor, keeping displays neat and alphabetized.
