Responsibilities

• Greet guests, assist with their video gaming needs, and promote additional items during transactions.
• Support store sales initiatives and contribute to a positive shopping environment.
• Keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Stock shelves and transfer products from stock room to selling floor; ensure presentation is neat.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals with the team.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices and adhere to safety standards.
• Follow company policies on attendance, confidentiality, conflicts of interest, and ethics.
