Job summary

Five Below is seeking part-time Seasonal Sales Associates for the holiday season in Columbus, OH. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, suggest items, and drive sales while keeping merchandise organized and the register running smoothly.

Ideal candidates are at least 16 years old, flexible, tech-friendly, and good communicators who can handle customer questions with courtesy. Prior retail experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Greet customers and assist with inquiries with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Ability to engage customers and identify needs to guide purchases.
• Willingness to learn to operate registers and POS systems.
• Strong communication and courteous interaction with customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly: Approach and acknowledge customers immediately.
• Understand and meet customer needs by sharing product knowledge and suggesting items.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales and add value.
• Resolve customer concerns by offering alternatives and processing exchanges when possible.
• Communicate needs to management regarding restocking and service requirements.
• Support team and store goals to maintain a positive work environment.
