Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and connect them with the appropriate associate based on their needs.
• Work in different store areas and process point-of-sale transactions as needed.
• Address escalated issues by connecting clients with management and follow up on client requests.
• Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, and fitting room experiences.
• Introduce clients to relevant services, including personalization, package carry-out, and delivery.
