Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, and guiding purchases.
• Support the shopping environment and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate to keep all areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Stock and restock merchandise; ensure shelves are presented and alphabetized on the selling floor.
• Assist the team in meeting and exceeding sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, including awareness of scams and safety.
• Adhere to GameStop policies and procedures, including attendance and grooming requirements.
