Job summary

Five Below is seeking part-time Seasonal Sales Associates to be at the heart of our busy holiday season. You’ll deliver outstanding customer service, keep merchandise organized, and ensure the sales floor is well-stocked.

You’ll also provide seamless checkout experiences and support promotions and events. The role is temporary, spanning October through January, with responsibilities including assisting customers, recommending products, and collaborating with the team to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, cash registers, handheld/mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions politely and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and efficiently.
• Understand and meet customer needs with product knowledge and recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales and awareness.
• Resolve customer concerns, aiming to turn returns into exchanges when possible.
