Job summary

Five Below is seeking part-time Seasonal Sales Associates for the holiday period (October through January). You will be at the heart of customer interactions, greeting shoppers, answering questions, and assisting with product recommendations to drive sales.

You will keep the floor well-stocked and participate in seamless checkout experiences at the register. The role emphasizes excellent communication, a willingness to learn, and teamwork to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Flexible schedule including day/evening/weekends.
• Comfortable with technology (computers, cash registers, devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions professionally.
• Learn procedural knowledge through on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly.
• Understand and meet customer needs with product knowledge and recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and offer exchanges when possible.
• Communicate restocking and service needs to management.
• Support team to achieve store objectives.
• Additional responsibilities as determined by the Store Manager.
