Job summary

Five Below is seeking part-time Seasonal Sales Associates for the holiday season (October through January). You will deliver outstanding customer service, maintain organized merchandise, and ensure smooth checkout experiences at the register.

Ideal candidates are energetic, able to handle multiple customers, and comfortable with technology. This role includes engaging with customers, restocking, and supporting store promotions while working a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, cash registers, handheld/mobile devices).
• Good communicator with customers and strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems on the floor.
• Willing to learn procedural knowledge from on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly at the register and on the sales floor.
• Understand needs, share product knowledge, and offer recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve issues by offering alternatives and encouraging exchanges when appropriate.
• Communicate restocking and service needs to management.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store objectives and maintain a positive environment.
