Job summary

Five Below is seeking a part-time Seasonal Sales Associate to be at the heart of the action during the busy holiday season. You will deliver outstanding customer service, keep merchandise organized, stock the floor, and provide seamless checkout experiences at the register.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, understanding their needs, promoting store events, resolving issues, and communicating restock needs to management. The role runs October through January and is hourly.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years old.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Comfortable with technology (computers, cash registers, handheld/mobile devices).
• Good communicator with customers.
• Ability to learn on-the-job procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly at the register.
• Understand and meet customer needs with product knowledge and recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to customers.
• Resolve customer concerns; aim to turn returns into exchanges when possible.
• Communicate needs to management about restocking and service requirements.
• Support team goals and help maintain a positive store environment.
