Job summary

Five Below is seeking part-time Seasonal Sales Associates to be at the heart of the holiday rush. You will deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, restock merchandise, and keep the store organized while engaging with customers on the sales floor and at the register.

The role is temporary for October through January, requiring a flexible schedule and strong communication skills to ensure a seamless checkout experience and store operations.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, cash registers, hand-held and mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly: provide assistance and handle multiple customers efficiently.
• Understand and meet customer needs: share product knowledge and offer recommendations, engage in suggestive selling.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and offer alternative solutions, aim to turn returns into exchanges when possible.
• Communicate needs to management about restocking and feedback.
• Support team and company goals by collaborating with the team.
