Five Below is seeking part-time seasonal Sales Associates to deliver outstanding customer service during the holiday rush. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and help them find items while keeping the store organized and stocked.

You will also process transactions and assist with promotions to boost sales. The role emphasizes a friendly, energetic approach, the ability to handle busy periods, and a willingness to learn on the job.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, cash registers, handheld and mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally.
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
• Ability to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on-the-job training.
