Five Below is seeking part-time Seasonal Sales Associates for the busy holiday season (October through January). You will deliver outstanding customer service, keep merchandise organized, stock floors, and provide seamless checkout experiences at the register.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, cash registers, hand-held and mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally.
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
• Ability to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly: provide assistance and handle multiple customers efficiently.
• Understand and meet customer needs: share product knowledge and offer recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and offer exchanges when possible.
• Communicate needs to management about restocking and feedback.
• Support team and company goals to maintain a positive work environment.
