Job summary

Five Below is seeking seasonal Sales Associates for the holiday period (October through January). The role centers on delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining stocked and organized merchandise, and ensuring fast, seamless checkout experiences.

You will greet customers, answer questions, guide them to products, and promote store events while supporting the team to meet sales goals. Must be at least 16 and able to work a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, cash registers, handheld/mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• Basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
• Willingness to learn on-the-job procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly, providing assistance and handling multiple customers.
