Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Holiday Seasonal Associate to assist customers on the sales floor, operate the register, replenish merchandise, and keep the store organized for the busiest shopping season.

You will thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, deliver outstanding service, and work well both independently and with a team to meet store goals. The role includes flexible availability during holidays and no relocation support.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset focused on creating a welcoming shopping experience.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale transactions and processes.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection, gift ideas, promotions, and store services.
• Accurately process sales, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions.
• Help achieve store sales goals through product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Receive, process, ticket, stock, and replenish merchandise throughout the store.
• Maintain organized stockrooms and sales floor presentation to ensure products are easy to shop.
• Support fulfillment activities, customer pickups, deliveries, and inventory accuracy as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor, stockroom, and checkout area.
• Work collaboratively with teammates and support the store wherever business needs require.
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
