Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Holiday Seasonal Associate to support the store during the busy holiday season, helping customers on the sales floor, operating the register, replenishing merchandise, and keeping the store organized and ready for peak hours.

If you enjoy fast-paced retail environment, delivering great service, and working with a collaborative team, we'd love to meet you. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store.
• Ability to operate a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection, gift ideas, promotions, and store services.
• Accurately process sales, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions.
• Help achieve store sales goals through product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Receive, process, ticket, stock, and replenish merchandise throughout the store.
• Maintain organized stockrooms and sales floor presentation to ensure products are easy to shop.
• Support fulfillment activities, customer pickups, deliveries, and inventory accuracy as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor, stockroom, and checkout area.
• Work collaboratively with teammates and support the store wherever business needs require.
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
