The role focuses on sales, store maintenance, customer service, stocking, and assisting in achieving sales and shrinkage goals while maintaining store standards and adherence to company policies.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store cleanliness and merchandising according to guidelines.
• Assist in stocking merchandise and ensuring items are presented on the selling floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues when needed.
• Adhere to attendance, dress, grooming and confidentiality policies.
• Follow safety practices and loss prevention measures.
