Job summary

GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak seasons. You will focus on sales, customer service, and store maintenance, ensuring an engaging guest experience and adherence to Circle of Life program principles.

You will work with the team on inventory, restocking, and merchandising, while meeting sales goals and maintaining a friendly, professional environment for customers and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with gaming needs.
• Promote store initiatives and support holiday sales efforts.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Stock and restock merchandise; ensure items are presented well and alphabetized.
• Aim to meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a keyholder when needed.
• Follow loss prevention practices and safety guidelines.
• Adhere to company policies including attendance and confidentiality.
