Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video game needs.
• Support the shopping environment including visual and operational aspects and store initiatives.
• Assist stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure items are well-presented and organized.
• Help the team meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices and adhere to safety practices.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures including attendance and dress code.
