Job summary

Five Below is seeking part-time Seasonal Sales Associates for the busy holiday season (October through January). You will deliver outstanding customer service, keep merchandise well-stocked, and provide a seamless checkout experience.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment that values energy, teamwork, and a friendly attitude. Responsibilities include greeting customers, recommending products, and supporting store promotions while maintaining accuracy at the register.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (cash registers, handheld/mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
• Learn procedural knowledge through on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly, providing efficient service.
• Understand customer needs and offer product recommendations and solutions.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and aim to turn returns into exchanges when possible.
