Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by promptly greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, and recommending items.
• Fully support the shopping environment and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate to keep all areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist stocking and restocking merchandise on shelves and fixtures, with orderly presentation.
• Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, with safety first.
• Adhere to store policies including attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
