Cherry Hill Programs, Inc. is seeking a Local Manager to lead a team responsible for creating memorable Santa visits and photo experiences. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales, ensure top-notch guest service, and manage staffing to deliver consistent results across locations.

You’ll foster a positive, fast-paced work environment, recruit and train staff, and partner with host venues to keep operations smooth during the holiday season. Benefits and growth await.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Availability for pre-season training and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift 10–25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive, team-focused work environment.
• Create schedules and ensure appropriate staffing coverage.
• Recruit, hire, train, and onboard team members.
• Oversee daily photo operations and site performance.
• Drive sales and ensure cash handling compliance.
• Respond to business calls and emails promptly.
