Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, recommending items, and thanking guests for choosing GameStop.
• Fully support the shopping environment, including visual and operational aspects, and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to company guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and move products from stock room to selling floor, ensuring presentation is optimal.
• Assist in meeting and exceeding sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly, escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, including awareness of scams and safety.
• Adhere to GameStop policies and procedures, including attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethics.
