Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. in Annapolis, MD, is seeking a Holiday Seasonal Associate to provide outstanding customer service, assist on the sales floor, operate the register, and replenish merchandise during the peak season.

You will help customers with product selection, process sales and returns, and maintain organized stockrooms and presentation. Previous retail experience is preferred; flexible scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods.
• Ability to operate a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 75 pounds using equipment and safe lifting techniques.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection, gift ideas, promotions, and store services.
• Accurately process sales, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions.
• Help achieve store sales goals through product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Receive, process, ticket, stock, and replenish merchandise throughout the store.
• Maintain organized stockrooms and sales floor presentation for easy shopping.
• Support fulfillment activities, customer pickups, deliveries, and inventory accuracy as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor, stockroom, and checkout area.
• Work collaboratively with teammates and support the store wherever business needs require.
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Enjoy helping customers and creating memorable shopping experiences.
