Cherry Hill Programs in Arlington, VA is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at Ballston Quarter to help lead the team, support daily photo operations, drive sales, and deliver outstanding guest service during the Santa season.

You will assist the Local Manager with scheduling, training, inventory, and opening/closing procedures, promote a positive guest experience, and participate in pre-season preparations while staying flexible for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable in cash handling/sales transactions.
• Ability to lead a team and work independently.
• Availability for pre-season training and flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment.
• Assist with opening-day preparations, including hiring, inventory, equipment, scheduling, training, and procedures.
• Capture photos and help guests choose memories.
• Resolve customer concerns to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Lead by example and reinforce company procedures.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed.
• Assist Local Manager with scheduling, training, recruiting, and admin tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
