Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs Inc. seeks a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at The Parks at Arlington to help lead a seasonal team, drive sales, and deliver outstanding guest experiences during the holiday season.

You will support daily photo operations and ensure high guest satisfaction from start to finish. You’ll work with the Local Manager, assist with hiring, training, and scheduling, and help manage inventory and operations while maintaining company values and policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable in cash handling and sales transactions.
• Ability to lead a team and make decisions.
• Avail to attend pre-season training.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment.
• Support opening-day preparations, hiring, inventory, scheduling.
• Capture photos and help guests choose souvenirs.
• Resolve customer concerns and guest issues.
• Lead by example and reinforce procedures.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate as needed.
• Assist Local Manager with scheduling, training, recruiting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
