Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs operates a seasonal photo experience at The Parks at Arlington in Arlington, TX. We seek a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager to help lead a team, support daily photo operations, and drive sales while delivering exceptional guest experiences during the busy holiday season.

You will supervise a seasonal team, assist with scheduling, onboarding, and training, and ensure smooth opening/closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be comfortable in a cash handling/sales position.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Availability to attend pre-season training.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and peak retail periods.
• Minimum 20 hours per week or as needed.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment while upholding company values.
• Support opening-day preparations, including staffing and inventory.
• Capture photos and help guests choose memorable souvenirs.
• Resolve guest concerns to ensure a positive experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce senior management procedures.
• Assist the Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, and training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
