Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring an Assistant Local Manager to support daily photo operations and lead a seasonal team during the holiday season. You will help drive sales, ensure high guest satisfaction, and assist with scheduling, training, and inventory management.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. A cash-handling environment and exceptional guest service are part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Comfortable in a cash handling/sales transaction position.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment with company values.
• Assist Local Manager with opening/closing procedures and scheduling.
• Capture photos and help guests select memorable souvenirs.
• Lead the seasonal team and drive sales and guest experience.
• Resolve customer concerns to support a positive guest experience.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate to management when needed.
• Support inventory, staffing, training, and other administrative tasks.
