Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager for Hulen Mall. You’ll assist the Local Manager with daily operations, staffing, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience during peak holiday periods.

You will help motivate the seasonal team, drive sales, handle cash transactions, and supervise opening/closing routines to ensure smooth operations and memorable Santa visits for families.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and available for seasonal hours.
• Experience leading a small team is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist Local Manager with daily operations and staffing.
• Promote a positive guest experience and resolve issues promptly.
• Support opening/closing procedures and inventory tasks.
• Capture photos and help guests select souvenirs.
