Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at The Mall at University Town Center. You will assist the Local Manager in leading a seasonal team, drive sales and guest service excellence, and ensure a memorable Santa visit and photo experience for families.

You will support daily photo operations, train and schedule staff, manage inventory, and help create a magical holiday experience with exceptional guest service from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication, organization, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable handling cash and sales transactions.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently and make sound decisions.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment while upholding company values and policies.
• Support opening-day preparations, including hiring, inventory, equipment setup, scheduling and training.
• Capture photos and help guests choose memorable souvenirs.
• Assist guests with purchases and ensure a high-quality guest experience.
• Resolve customer concerns to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Lead by example and reinforce procedures set by senior management.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate to IT or Local Management as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
