Cherry Hill Programs seeks a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at Greenwood Mall (KY) to assist the Local Manager in leading a holiday team, overseeing daily photo operations, and delivering exceptional guest service during the peak season.

You’ll help hire, train, schedule staff, promote sales, and resolve guest concerns, ensuring a friendly, efficient Santa experience and memorable souvenir photography. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
• Retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment and uphold company values.
• Assist opening-day preparations: hiring, inventory, scheduling, training, and opening/closing procedures.
• Capture photos and help guests choose memorable souvenirs.
• Resolve guest concerns to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce procedures set by management.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT or Local Management as needed.
• Assist Local Manager with scheduling, recruiting, and other administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
