Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead at King of Prussia Court to guide a cheerful photo team, welcome families, and ensure a smooth guest experience during the busy season.

The role offers flexible scheduling, on-site leadership opportunities, and same-day pay options. You’ll help manage operations, assist with training, and contribute to memorable holiday moments for guests and families.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Flexible to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at assigned venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by Operations Manager/Regional Manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and elevate to IT or Local Management when needed.
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• All other tasks as assigned.
