Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs, Dover Mall, is seeking a Shift Lead to manage the Santa photo set operations and deliver memorable guest experiences. You will lead the team, welcome families, assist with photos, and ensure daily procedures run smoothly.

This role rewards warmth, energy, and leadership on every shift. Flexible scheduling and same-day pay options are available, with opportunities to return for future seasons and grow within our photo division, where available.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team player who can work independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to process sales transactions and cash handling.
• Previous retail or cashier experience preferred but not required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at assigned venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by Operations Manager/Regional Manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and elevate to IT or Local Management when needed.
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home.
• Photography experience not required.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• All other tasks as assigned.
