Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead for the Kingston Collection. This part-time role supports Santa photo sets, welcomes families, assists with photos, and keeps operations smooth while delivering a joyful guest experience.

You will lead by example, help train staff, troubleshoot on-site issues, and manage daily duties with warmth and energy during peak holiday hours.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team player who can work independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at assigned venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by Operations Manager/Regional Manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT or Local Management when needed.
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• All other tasks as assigned.
