Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager in Irving, TX. You will support the Local Manager, lead a seasonal team, drive sales, and ensure a memorable guest experience during the holiday season.

You’ll help with daily photo operations, training, scheduling, and opening/closing procedures, while promoting a positive, collaborative environment and exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, organization, time management.
• Comfortable in cash handling/sales transactions.
• Able to lead a team and make decisions.
• Available for pre-season training.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Able to lift 10–25 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Retail or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Local Manager with daily operations and leadership.
• Support opening-day preparations, including staffing and scheduling.
• Capture photos and help guests choose souvenirs.
• Resolve guest concerns to ensure a positive experience.
• Lead by example and enforce company procedures.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate to management as needed.
• Assist with inventory, scheduling, and other administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
