Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate at Cleveland Mall in Shelby, NC.

The role involves welcoming families, engaging with children, and capturing magical holiday moments on our Santa photo sets while delivering warm guest service from start to finish. You’ll join a fast-paced team with flexible scheduling, same-day pay options, and growth opportunities within our souvenir photography division.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Able to lift 10–25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Flexible to work peak retail hours (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Retail or cashier experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs; photography experience not required.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Ensure photo operations run smoothly and safely.
• Maintain a friendly, festive atmosphere for families and coworkers.
