Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at Cleveland Mall in Shelby, NC. You’ll work with the Local Manager to lead a seasonal team, supervise photo operations, and deliver exceptional guest service during peak holidays.

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, scheduling, training, and ensuring a positive, fast-paced guest experience. Prior leadership in retail or hospitality is a plus; evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable in a cash handling/sales transaction position.

Responsibilities

• Assist Local Manager with staffing, scheduling, training, and opening/closing procedures.
• Promote positive guest experiences and lead by example.
• Capture photos and help guests choose memorable souvenirs.
• Troubleshoot daily operations and resolve guest concerns as needed.
• Support inventory and other admin tasks as assigned.
