Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs, Inc. is looking for an Assistant Local Manager to work with the Local Manager and lead a seasonal team in daily photo operations, sales, and guest service for holiday visits. You will help open-day prep, staffing, training, and ensure a memorable Santa visit and photo experience for families.

Strong communication and leadership are essential. This role requires cash handling, flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays, and the ability to guide a team through peak seasonal

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work a flexible schedule.
• Excellent communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable handling cash and performing sales transactions.
• Able to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Availability for required pre-season training and peak-season hours.

Responsibilities

• Support opening-day preparations including staffing, inventory, and setup.
• Capture photos and assist guests in choosing memorable souvenirs.
• Resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce procedures set by management.
• Assist Local Manager with scheduling, recruiting, and other admin tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
