Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Local Manager to join our team during the holiday season. You will work with the Local Manager to lead a seasonal team, supervise daily photo operations, and ensure excellent guest service for Santa experiences and photo packages.

You’ll drive sales performance, assist with hiring and training, manage scheduling, and help maintain a positive, fast-paced environment focused on memorable family moments.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication, organization, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Must be comfortable in a cash handling/sales transaction position.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment while upholding company values and policies.
• Support opening-day preparations, including hiring completion, inventory, equipment setup/testing, scheduling, training, and opening/closing procedures.
• Capture photos and help guests choose memorable souvenirs to take home.
