Job summary

Exemplar Luxury Group is seeking a skilled Monogramming & Embroidery Specialist for holiday season personalization in-house. You will operate and maintain Baradun and Brother monogramming machinery to customize apparel, linens, and accessories, ensuring top-quality bespoke items.

You will work with sales and atelier teams, applying embroidery software, file prep, and precise placement per order tickets, with strict quality checks and finishing touches for a premium retail presentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience operating commercial or multi-needle embroidery/monogramming machines (Barudan 15 needle, Brother Entrepreneur 10 needle).
• Familiarity with embroidery digitizing software and common file formats (.DST, .PES)
• Knowledge of backings, stabilizers, needles, and threads for various fabrics.

Responsibilities

• Operate Baradun and Brother multi-needle embroidery machines for precise custom work.
• Digitize, prep, and adjust embroidery files, fonts, colors, and densities.
• Hoop, frame, and stabilize delicate to heavy fabrics; execute custom initials, names, motifs, and logos.
