Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking Seasonal Team Members for the holiday season in San Diego to represent the brand and create memorable client experiences. You will welcome clients, assist with service, and deliver personalized hospitality while supporting store operations.

Responsibilities include engraving, waiting lists, box and wrap, replenishing supplies, and maintaining POS and sales floor areas. You will assist with inventory and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced, changing environment with a diverse client base.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States or the country where the position is based.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, provide assistance, and deliver personalized hospitality.
• Support engraving, waiting lists, and communication about potential service issues.
• Box and wrap purchases, replenish supplies, and keep point-of-sale stations and sales floor areas organized.
• Assist with store operations, after-sales service, inventory, and special projects.
