Job summary

TUMI in Las Vegas is seeking a Holiday Sales Associate to deliver a premium client experience, build lasting relationships, and drive sales through outstanding service in our luxury retail environment.

The ideal candidate thrives on client service, has luxury market exposure, and is available to work nights, weekends, and holidays; you will represent the TUMI brand with integrity and a passion for travel and lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Understand the TUMI brand and have true passion for the lifestyle, clients, and product assortment.
• Value a collaborative environment and openness to feedback.
• The retail team stands, moves around the store, lifts, pushes boxes weighing 30 pounds, and uses a ladder to complete duties.
• Have strong sales and client experience, preferably in the luxury market.
• Can demonstrate proven success in meeting sales goals and KPI targets.
• Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays as needed.
• Have a strong sense of integrity and the ability to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics including conversion, DPT, UPT and Client Data Capture.
